Crime And Punishment Cases Examined Specifically İn Ruse, Which Was A Part Of The Balkan Geography Of The Ottoman Period, Were Examined By Taking İnto Account Court Registers. Studying The Concepts Of Crime And Punishment, Whose Legal, Historical And Social Dimensions Were Examined Together And Within The Framework Of A Fiction, Was Both Tiring And Enjoyable For The Author.
